Case study – Bentley Continental GT

Our client purchased a nearly new car from a Bentley main dealer in Leicester and was concerned that poor paint finish and a number of broken parts could conceal very much worse. A few days after purchase, with his confidence in tatters, we arranged for one of our inspectors, a Rolls Royce owner himself with 40 years as a motor engineer, to prepare a full report on the vehicle, listing a few extra minor faults which were rectified free of charge by the dealer. The inspection took place at the dealership using their ramps. The client is now happy that he has what he paid for.
